Letzte Woche ging es zur Sache! Ab zum Sägewerk und (noch selbst die Bretter aus rohen Baumstammscheiben gesägt und gehobelt) dann die Fachwerkreste des alten Schweine/Kuhstalls verbrettert. Gerüst gestellt und danach alles noch lasiert. Klingt einfach, war es aber garnicht mal so. Die hälfte der Zeit ging für die Unterkonstruktion drauf, da kein Balken gerade oder gar im Wasser ist. Das Ergebniss kann sich aber sehen lassen! Ich bin zufrieden.

Last week was quite productive. Went to the lumber mill and wanted to pick up the ordered wood, but it wasn’t done yet, so we decided to help a little and prepared the raw wood with the trainee by ourself. Build up a skaffolding by our own and started to put the shelfs on the remains of the old cowshed. Half of the time we worked on the supporting structure, because the old framework is not really in level. I’m happy with the result. Looks good.
